Track lighting was located on the long walls of the great room ehich has been removed and we are in the process of running electrical wires for the wall sconces we would install and speaker wire for the surround sound system for the television.
The oak hardwood floor was stained a dark gray; we had flooring company sand and refinish the floor to its natural wood color.
We replaced the previous owners built in server located near the kitchen with our server from our dining room set, our three wall units and then the television directly in front of the media sectional couches, which we purchased specifically for this room.
We cleaned and re-stained the beams with ebony stain, and installed five inch plus crown moldings and painted them linen white. There was a dark wooden chandelier positioned over the dining area which we replaced with the fan, ran new electrical wires and installed the paddle fan to match the one in the living room area.
