I stayed at the Longford Arms Hotel in Longford, which is the county town of County Longford in central Ireland, I even found and purchased a Hurling jersey of the GAA team sponsored by the lovely hotel and I enjoyed a few days of wonderful weather. I had quite a bit of difficulty navigating the narrow roads but eventually found the sights I wanted to view and enjoyed the solitude of the ruins of Abbeylara. |
