In September of Two Thousand and Three, we closed on a house to be remodeled and this process of renovation had occupied our resources and
time for well over eight years. The work had seldom progressed as fast or as easy as I thought it would and looking back I realize that this
undertaking was far more involved than this then fifty-year old body should have attempted. The personal rewards, of the accomplishments of remodeling
and rehabilitating this jewel in the rough, one room at a time, at least for me, have been enormous.
