We decided to purchase a house to be rehabilitated and remodeled as a perverse form of entertainment and this process has occupied our resources and time for well over four years to date. The work
has seldom progressed as fast or as easy as I thought it would and now we are in our fifth year and I am beginning to realize that this undertaking is, possible, far more involved than this fifty-year plus
body should have attempted. The personal rewards, of the accomplishments of remodeling and rehabilitating a jewel in the rough, one room at a time, at least for me, have been enormous.
