Aimee and I took our first vacation without children in almost two decades and visited Helsinki in the summer of Two Thousand and Eleven, we took a side trip to the city of Porvoo, which is one of only six medieval towns in Finland and located fifty kilometers or thirty miles east of we Helsinki and we also visited the medieval city of Tallinn, the capital of the country of Estonia.

Market Square, which is located on one of Helsinki's old harbors, sells trinkets for tourists, fresh fruit, vegetables and prepared food and is located just south of Senate Square, where the Lutheran Helsinki Cathedral is located.
